Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Yattare, the software directory and tech stack platform at yattare.com. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Yattare is an independent directory of 1,400+ SaaS tools paired with tech stacks published by the community. The service is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build.

Free listings, no paid placement

Directory listings are free and will stay free. We do not sell placement, ranking, badges, or any other form of preferential position in the directory. If a vendor appears above another, it is because of relevance or community signals, never payment. If we ever introduce paid features, they will not affect how listings rank.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. You must be at least 16 years old to use Yattare. Tell us at privacy@yattare.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create on Yattare: your stacks, notes, profile, and tool submissions. So that we can run the service, you grant Yattare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content you publish, including showing public stacks and profiles to other visitors and in search results. The license lasts as long as the content is on the service and ends when you delete it, except for copies in routine backups, which expire on the backup cycle. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.

Acceptable use

Do not use Yattare to:

• post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone's rights
• misrepresent a tool, impersonate a person or company, or post deceptive reviews or stacks
• manipulate rankings, likes, or popularity signals, including with fake accounts
• scrape the site at volume, probe or overload our infrastructure, or bypass rate limits
• upload malware or use the service to distribute spam

Moderation

We may remove or edit listings and user content, reject submissions, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Directory submissions are reviewed before they are approved. We aim to be fair and will explain removals when asked, but we make the final call on what stays in the directory.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on Yattare infringes your copyright, send a notice containing: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and inform the user who posted it, who may file a counter-notice.

Send notices to our designated agent at privacy@yattare.com. Designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is pending; this section will be updated with the agent's full contact details once registered.

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimer

Yattare is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Directory information and community stacks come from vendors, public sources, and users; we do not guarantee their accuracy. Do your own evaluation before buying any tool listed here.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yattare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give account holders at least 14 days notice by email before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use Yattare after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, delete your account before they take effect.
